2011: Three-story apartment building on Irodou Attikou Street, Chalandri

In one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Chalandri, at 29 Irodou Attikou Street, we constructed a high architecture building following cutting-edge trends. An apartment building on the ground floor of which there are three bungalows with parking spaces in the second basement and storage areas. On the two floors we created 4 apartments, two per floor. Our apartments offer the latest mod cons (autonomous natural gas heating system with mini-boilers in each apartment, underfloor heating, satellite reception, Internet, CCTV, security system).Of course, we landscaped the verdant environment.
